February is almost gone, here's an update

Hello to all our clients and people checking us out!

February is almost behind us, the clocks will soon move ahead and glorious Spring will be just around the corner. I don't need to tell anyone it's been a tough few months-more than a few but hope and positive thinking prevails.

We are happy to be here and still offering our beneficial salt room sessions. We continue to schedule private sessions or people that come in together. While in the salt room you don't wear your mask so the full benefits of salt therapy can be achieved. We continue to receive great feedback from clients on how salt therapy has helped them whether it be for the relaxing and immune system support, after an illness making the recovery easier and shorter, breathing easier, sleeping better, ears popping and opening up and so many more positive results! Salt sessions can be scheduled anyday, we are closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.

The other well being and self care services we offer are very much appreciated by everyone that comes in, massage, facials, and natural nail care manicure and pedicures. Michelle continues to provide "the best" pedicures for both men and women and she is still in love with Dazzle Dry! Check it out here: https://dazzledry.com/

Jeanna, our massage therapist, continues to provide massage therapy from traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue, injury and soreness recovery, pregnancy massage and tailors each session to her clients needs, which could change from session to session. Sarah, our esthetician, is providing wonderful facials which everyone is loving with the dry, cold weather and mask wearing. "Maskne" is a real thing and good skin care is essential right now to help with blemishes, dull skin, hydration, fine line and wrinkles.

As we enter into Spring, Sarah offers waxing and full body wraps, keep in mind flip flop season, schedule a pedi or two to get ready.

Saturday appointments book up quick, give us a call to get yourself (and maybe a friend) scheduled. We also recommend making your next appointment before you leave, that way you have it-we can always change it if something comes up, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice.

Keep us in mind if you have a birthday celebration, anniversary (his and her pedi's are popular), girls day, whatever the reason we can schedule your group for services and salt sessions. Plan to bring in lunch or have it delivered, or a simple snack tray, we suggest making yourselves comfortable and having "run of the place" while you're here.

Feel free to call anytime, 207-292-0003, if you have any questions or would like to book something, we all very much appreciate you checking in on us and your continued support. We are of course still following all CDC guidelines for everyone's safety.

Take care everyone and THINK SPRING!
